Ayo! is the marketing name for M.R.BRIX LLC. Ayo! is a SaaS SMS broadcast platform that enables businesses to send promotional and informational text messages to their customers and subscribers who have provided prior express written consent. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Ayo! platform and website at textayo.com.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Shipping/billing address
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe; never stored on our servers)

Mobile Phone Number Privacy

No mobile information sharing: Your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, and consent records will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We collect your mobile number and consent solely to deliver the SMS messages you have consented to receive, to process opt-out requests, and to maintain compliance records as required by law. Your mobile number and opt-in information are never sold, rented, or disclosed to any third party for their own marketing use.

SMS Messaging Disclosure

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on the sender's broadcast schedule. You may receive anywhere from 1 message per month to multiple messages per week.
• Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to all SMS messages sent and received.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, or END.
