The following terms apply to the SMS/text messaging program operated by Ayo!. Ayo! is the marketing name for M.R.BRIX LLC. By opting in to receive text messages from Ayo!, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Program Description

Ayo! provides an SMS broadcast platform that enables businesses to send text messages to their subscribers. When you sign up to receive messages, you may receive promotional messages, updates, announcements, and other communications from the business or individual whose list you have subscribed to via the Ayo! platform.

Consent & Opt-In

• SMS consent is collected via an optional, unchecked-by-default checkbox that is visually separated from other form fields. By checking the SMS consent box, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Ayo! and/or the business whose list you are joining.
• Consent is not a condition of any purchase, signup, or service.
• You may receive an initial confirmation message upon opt-in.
• Your consent applies only to the specific program and sender you opted in to.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the sender's broadcast schedule. You may receive anywhere from 1 message per month to multiple messages per week. The sender controls message frequency, not Ayo!.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Ayo! is not responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by using any of the following methods:

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. You will not receive any further messages unless you re-subscribe by replying START or by completing a new opt-in form.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and their respective MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, and consent records will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your information is used solely to deliver the messages you consented to receive and to maintain opt-out compliance as required by law. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

M.R.BRIX LLC, wireless carriers, and any service providers involved in delivering SMS messages are not liable for delayed, failed, or misdirected messages due to technical failures, carrier issues, device incompatibility, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
